Mic check, 1 2 3. Hello. My name is Philip Montesinos and I'd like to introduce myself to you.
I graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a degree in Computer Science and Music. You may think those two fields have no relation to each other. However, I would say that creating a website is like composing a song.
I started off demonstrating mobile phones for a major international phone manufacterer. But, I decided that I wanted a more hands-on approach to how people access the world. I wanted to design interfaces!
I navigated the choppy waters of table layouts and shims and learned how to code clean CSS-based websites. I eventually advanced into creating interactive web applications and now I've come full circle with designing mobile sites and using HTML5.
Thank you for checking out my portfolio. Feel free to connect with me through social media or send me an email. Peace out.
